Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimums, no codes.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• US delivery: typically 7–14 business days after processing
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses; during high-demand periods delivery can take slightly longer — your tracking link always has the latest status.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your RideNook gear doesn't make your car feel more organized, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or replacement.

• Items should be unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged or defective on arrival? Send us a photo and we'll replace it free — no return needed.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
